Meet Billy! This sweet little guy was rescued from a terrible hoarding situation and was in pretty sad shape when we got him - flea-bitten all over his little body and terrified of everything. He's starting to settle in at his foster home, but he's already shown great progress now that he feels safe, loved, and well cared for. Please stay tuned for more information about Billy as we get to know him better. He will need a quiet home with a gentle and patient adopter who will continue to assure him that he is safe and loved. Billy is already bonding with his foster mom and showing increased confidence so we are confident he will absolutely blossom into an amazing pet. Billy is about 3 years old, weighs 12 pounds, and is believed to be a Pomeranian/Shih Tzu mix. He gets along fine with other dogs, will be introduced to children soon to see how he does with them, and has not been tested with cats.
