Mika

Meet Mika! Mika is a very sweet, gentle, older gal who is simply looking for someone to relax with. Though a bit timid, Mika is as sweet as can be towards everyone she meets, whether adults or kids or other dogs. At nearly 11 years old, Mika will need to have some dental work done before she will be adoptable, and we will know a bit more about her health status once she sees the vet, but overall she seems healthy and happy. Mika's owners relocated and surrendered her to us prior to moving, so we do know her birthdate and life history. Her parents were a Chihuahua and a Jack Russell Terrier, though Mika doesn't really exhibit many of the classic traits of either breed. She has known one owner her whole life, but she trusts quickly and bonds well to people, so we know her forever family will be incredibly lucky and happy with this sweet girl as part of their family! Mika isn't particularly playful - she's just very chill and would love a new owner who will keep her close by their side and let her curl up and cuddle. She is house broken, crate trained, quiet, and has great manners.
