Bandit

Meet Bandit! This handsome boy is a two year old Mountain Cur/hound mix. This fascinating breed is a working breed, but poor Bandit has never had the opportunity to learn. Sadly, for the first two years of his life, he was kept chained up outside, exposed to the elements and given no attention or interaction. In just a few short days in his foster home, he has already started to blossom and learn! Bandit is very friendly with people, including kids (though he would be best for kiddos over the age of five, simply due to his size and energy level). He is learning to really love attention and affection, and he returns love in spades. He is working hard on potty training, crate training, leash skills, and basic obedience. Bandit is smart and treat-motivated, so he will learn quickly! We are grateful to have the opportunity to give this very sweet, deserving boy a second chance at a life where he will be loved and well cared for. Bandit is scheduled to see the vet soon for a complete health exam, vaccinations, microchipping, and neuter surgery.
